Job Description: As a Residential Cleaning Specialist at Maid This Way Cleaning Services, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that homes are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general residential cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.

• Follow specific cleaning instructions and guidelines provided by the company and clients.

• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards.

• Report any damages or maintenance issues observed during the cleaning process.

• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any specific cleaning requests.

• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used correctly and stored properly.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required.

• Must have a reliable car for transportation to various job sites.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
